UK ILR could take 20-25 years
If you’re on a care worker visa, or your job is below RQF Level 6, your ILR route could become 15 years. If you’ve claimed benefits for even one day, you may need to wait an extra 5 years. If you’ve claimed benefits for more than 12 months, that becomes an extra 10 years. So a 10-year ILR route could turn into 15 or 20 years. And a 15-year route could become 20 or 25 years. This is still a proposal, not the final law. Disclaimer: I’m not an immigration consultant and this is not an immigration advice. If you need any immigration related advice you need to check with a qualified immigration solicitor. #UKImmigration #ILR #UKVisaUpdates #BritIndians #LifeInTheUK #MigrationNews #UKSettlement #ImmigrationReform #UKUpdates #IndiansInUK #DesiInUK #StudyInUK #WorkInUK #UKJobs #FutureInUK #britindiansvlogs

Faster ILR in UK | Get ILR in 3 to 5 years
If you’re working day and night to build a future in the UK… this might give you a little hope. There’s a proposal on the table that could slash your ILR wait time — but only if certain conditions apply. If you’re earning over £125,140, you could reach ILR in 3 years. If you’re earning over £50,270, it drops to 5 years. And even if you’re not in those brackets, your time, effort, and kindness still count. If you volunteer with a charity, your ILR path could be 5 to 7 years, depending on your contribution. It’s basically recognising the people who work hard, give back, and support the community. It’s still a proposal — not law. But for many people, this could change everything. I’ll keep you updated. Disclaimer: I’m not an immigration consultant and I’m not giving any immigration advice, I have shared the information that’s available online and if you need any immigration advice kindly approach a qualified immigration solicitor. #UKImmigration #ILR #UKVisaUpdates #BritIndians #LifeInTheUK #MigrationNews #UKSettlement #ImmigrationReform #UKUpdates #IndiansInUK #DesiInUK #StudyInUK #WorkInUK #UKJobs #FutureInUK #britindiansvlogs
